A giant lamprey, capable of both water and electric Lore, that can only be found in the Sea’s darkest depths. One also happens to be my most cherished friend.
“In my defense,” Rohan said, “there’s a gigantic monster in the boys’ bathroom.”
“Oh, right,” Tadg muttered. “He’ll probably be wanting dinner.” He reached into his backpack and pulled out a giant hunk of raw meat wrapped in butcher paper. It dripped pink juice as he walked down the hallway.

Finally, Tadg shrugged Grusha off. “Toadles doesn’t see the future. I’m not even sure he understands much of the present.”
Off ended, Toadles slapped a webby hand on Tadg’s forehead.
