Jackawa
These canine Beasts are highly territorial, and they mark their lands with frightening displays of bones and carcasses—and, often, with poop.

Mudarat
These armadillo-like Beasts are armored by unbreakable diamond plates, making them beautiful to behold and extraordinarily hard to maim. They live in several Wilderlands, but they are hardest to fi nd in the Mountains, as many are accidentally kidnapped by dragons to live in their gemstone hoards.

Scormoddin
With over three hundred individual steel plates covering their bodies, these scorpion Beasts are almost impossible to wound. Their long sharp tails make excellent blades. One even won the gold medal in Menneset’s swordsmen competition for six years in a row.
